With over 25 years of experience as a qualified Personal Trainer — now working at Level 4 — I take a genuinely different approach. I start by listening. Understanding what you want to achieve shapes everything that follows, because a plan built around a real goal is far more effective — and far more motivating — than a generic programme.
Your goal might be something focused and personal, like building upper arm strength or improving how you look and feel. It might be performance-driven, like training for a race or an event. Whatever it is, we work towards it together.
All new clients begin with an initial in-person consultation, after which we agree a plan that suits you.
FitKat On Demand
Your workout, your schedule, your pace. FitKat On Demand gives you access to a growing library of pre-filmed sessions you can follow whenever and wherever suits you — at home, at the gym, or on the road.
Sessions cover yoga, Pilates, weight training, body conditioning, mobility and stretch, running between 30 and 60 minutes — so there's always something that fits your day.
Every subscriber still receives a personalised online consultation and action plan, so your sessions always have a clear purpose behind them.
